Structural renovation of the Mirazur restaurant in Menton

IBAT has been commissioned to provide for the structural restructuring of the Mirazur in Menton, the number 1 restaurant in the world owned by chef Mauro Colagreco, multiple award-winning chef on several occasions.

The intervention consists in the structural reinforcement with metal beams of the slab on which the "cave a vin" will be created, construction of ventilated crawl space and subsequent creation of internal private offices with insulated plasterboard walls and new technological systems.
