Complete renovation of a villa in Golf Juan
In this villa, consisting of two floors, the ground floor only 1.6 meters high had to be completely excavated, to obtain a net internal height of 2.30 meters, with the creation of an aired crawl space against humidity. The whole house was then equipped with ducted air conditioning / heating, completely renovated both internally and externally.
