Structural renovation
IBAT was commissioned to provide the structural renovation of an entire building located in Menton on the seafront.
The structure dates back to the early 1900s, deteriorated over time due to various infiltrations and lack of maintenance. The operation was carried out by completely dismantling the slab between the third and second floors in order to completely redo the structure using iron and wood elements.
