IBAT  s.a.s. is  a construction  company with  offices in Italy,  France and Monaco providing exceptional design, build and maintenance services for construction projects of all sizes along the Ligurian coast and Cote D’Azur. The company specialises in high end apartment, villa, swimming pool and commercial  property renovation.

The businnes was founded by a building surveyor, Mr. Davide Dell’Agnello, and an architect, Mr. Marco Messina, as a result of their twenty years of experience in construction.

As a specialist residential and commercial construction company, IBAT assist in obtaining planning permissions, provide pre-construction services and  build using their own in – house tradesmen and a select few subcontractors. Subsequently, IBAT can provide property managment and maintenance services to give you the assurance that your investment is in safe hands.
