Mirazur Privilege hall construction

IBAT has been commissioned to provide for the construction of the Privilege room of the Mirazur in Menton, the number 1 restaurant in the world owned by chef Mauro Colagreco, multiple award-winning chef on several occasions.

Stages of intervention:

- Cleaning and sandblasting of all steel beams and plaster on existing concrete;

- construction of industrial flooring and raised bases for kitchen furniture;

- creation of metal supports for sliding external windows;

- opening door compartments and assistance to the systems;

- plastering of the walls with antique style;

- assistance with transport and installation of the entrance door and the central table;

- creation of a metal protective structure under the entrance canopy.
